If there is no cable or gas pipe in the ground, or you need more capacity than the existing supply can deliver, you need siteworks. If a meter has been removed but the service is still there, you usually don't.
Once the DNO (definition available) or Gas Transporter has completed the infrastructure, they issue you a new MPAN (definition available) (electricity) or MPRN (definition available) (gas). We can chase this on your behalf.
Yes — we work with IDNOs and IGTs as standard, and arrange a commercial supply contract for any meter on an independent network.
For most standard projects, no. Our fee is built into the supply contract commission. Complex multi-meter schemes may carry a flat project fee, agreed upfront.
