    Confirm the supply position

    We collect your MPAN (definition available)/MPRN (definition available) (or DNO (definition available)/GT (definition available) completion paperwork), check the metering profile and confirm load and capacity.

    Supply contract

    We tender across our 30+ supplier panel — matrix or bespoke pricing — and get the supply contract signed and accepted.

    We arrange to register the supply and appoint the Meter Operator and Data Collector.

    The MOP (definition available) contacts you to book a slot. We check the site is ready and the meter position is safe and accessible.

    Meter installed, supply on, billing data flowing. Your account manager handles any post-install snags.
